Please reach out to us! We’re happy to provide complimentary repairs within 7 days of your original appointment. Kindly note this excludes regular polish, shellac colour changes, damage from customer activities.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, our nail salon accepts walk-ins. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to minimize waiting time and avoid disappointment.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment in advance, especially during peak times, to ensure you secure your preferred date and time.
Can i get a refund if i don't like my nails
If you are not completely satisfied with your nails, please let us know before you leave. We will be happy to adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Kindly note that refunds cannot be provided in cases where you have simply changed your mind.
Do you use safe and hygienic practices?
Yes, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. We use disposable tools where possible, and all reusable tools are sterilized between clients.
